Keyrock, a Brussels-based crypto trading firm, is expanding into asset and wealth management by acquiring Luxembourg fund manager Turing Capital. The deal launches a new division focused on institutional clients and private investors, led by Turing co-founder Jorge Schnura, who joins Keyrock’s executive committee. The move integrates Turing’s strategies and fund structure into Keyrock’s platform, enabling services from liquidity provision to long-term investment. Keyrock has also applied for EU MiCA regulatory approval in Liechtenstein to offer portfolio management and advisory services, aiming to compete with both traditional and crypto-native asset managers. CSO Juan David Mendieta said the goal is to bring institutional-grade asset management fully on-chain as traditional finance shifts to blockchain.
